Shipping towards Italy is done by the POSTE ITALIANE PACCO CELERE 3 ASSICURATO the service is free shipping only on full price items

As demanded by rules and regulations of commerce every shipped item from www.laurapuppo.com will be sent together with its payment bill describing price and special sales if necessary.

Purchased items will be shipped from www.laurapuppo.com in Busalla (GE) from Tuesday to Friday, from 9am to 5:30pm and on Saturday from 9am to 12am. Items bought in the weekend will be   shipped starting from the next Tuesday morning. 

In working days items will be shipped immediately after   availability of item check and – next to this – confirmation of payment.

At the moment of shipping www.laurapuppo.com sends his customers an e-mail containing POSTE ITALIANE's “tracking code” of the shipped order.

Customers could trace the status of theirs shipped item on POSTE ITALIANE website by simply inserting their given tracking code. The website will display detailed and up to date movements of the shipped item, until arrival at home and visual checking of it.

Special shipping methods (if requested) will be traceable only after communication to the customer of the appropriate link to use in the specific case.

Shippings made by www.laurapuppo.com are always under insurance either for steal and damage without any further charge for the customer. Once the shipped item is arrived insurance loses its validity.

When the item(s) arrives at home we ask the customer to carefully examine the packet before signing any receipt which proves the fulfillment of the shipping process. Packaging of ordered items is masterfully realized by www.laurapuppo.com.

If, for any reason, packaging appears to be damaged or already opened customers should sign the receipt “with reserve” or deny the delivery. If, for any reason, shipped item cannot be delivered to the given address, the packaging – after third try – will be leaved in the nearest post office and then, if not picked up, will be sent back to the shop with a charge on the customer. This charge will be cut away from a possible refunding of the customer made by www.laurapuppo.com.

Every customer who orders an item does establish a commercial relationship with www.laurapuppo.com and therefore does claim that he will accept delivery of shipped item(s). If for any reason the customer denies  delivery of shipped item or sends back item a charge on the customer will be applied. This charge will be cut away from a possible refunding of the customer made by www.laurapuppo.com.
